In the summer of 1980, French-born Chef Thierry Lefeuvre co-founded Froggy's French Café. After its first few successful years, Froggy’s responded to the ever-increasing customer demand for diversified services by introducing Froggy’s Catering. The founders selected Thierry Mace to oversee all off-premise affairs. Born in Brittany, with an international culinary career in England, Germany, and the Caribbean, Mace meticulously organizes planning and preparation, tailors menus to client desires, and sees to the details so that clients can relax, and leave the work to the professionals.
From intimate cocktail parties to large, elegant affairs seating 600 guests, Froggy’s Catering always strives to provide the highest of standards throughout the Chicago land area - and even across the country.
